Radman_Art Blog Homepage 2018 My Artwork of 2018

This is all the art I did in 2018. 167 drawings!

I will be doing a new series of art on January first 2019, here.

I am using the time to decide on what to do.

This is the only way to pace myself; so I won't overdo it.

See my blog homepage Radman_Art Blog Homepage 2018

May 16 2018:

One thing I know is I was born to create art, but that's it. No more art till next January. Think of me like a television series; I only run so long then spend the rest of the time gearing up for next season. I will ad to this blog occasionally, but not any new art work until January first. I did about 161 stylus drawing this year. Here is the weird thing, a couple of days ago I dropped my tablet and it shattered. See photo below. I have not told my wife yet about it that is how embarrassed and down I am about it. Since this I told here and she was very upset to say the least. I had it in the other room and I was taking some stuff into the next room and I put it in a produce bag that seemed fine. The produce bag broke open for no reason except I guess it was old. It fell about 2 feet from the floor and shattered the glass top; as I was picking it up from the floor. When it broke I only had 3 more drawings that I wanted to do anyway; for the series, so it did not matter that much to me. I still say it should not have shattered from falling 2 feet on to the linoleum; but it did. I have till next January to find a low priced tablet with in our budget; that a starving artist can afford. Kind of ironic it broke just before I wanted to end this series. I felt like a rock star smashing a guitar; even though breaking my tablet was almost like breaking my heart. In a way it was a good thing because it has had a scratch in it since about 2 months after I got it in 2014. Certain arias of the tablet was impossible to draw on because of that scratch; it was very frustrating to say the least. I am glad my last drawing was one of my favorites {see above).

I was a huge fan of Emerson, Lake & Palmer as a 13-16 year old  growing up in the woods of Cockaponset State Forest in old rustic; Killingworth, Connecticut:

I did not know they were a super group till about 4 years ago and was shocked to read here they got such a bad review: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Emerson,_Lake_%26_Palmer#Influence_and_criticism

I was even more shocked to find out that 2 of the band members died in 2016. Greg Lake died on 7 December 2016 in London, after suffering from cancer, at the age of 69. Then Keith Emerson reportedly suffered from depression, committed suicide on 11 March 2016 at his home in Santa Monica, California. I owned two albums as a young man that I remember listening to fondly. They are still my favorite albums by the band to this day.

Brain Salad Surgery: Brain Salad Surgery is the fourth studio album by English progressive rock band Emerson, Lake & Palmer, released on 19 November 1973 by their own record label, Manticore Records, and distributed by Atlantic Records. Released to a mixed critical response, it has begun to receive more favourable reviews with time. Brain Salad Surgery continued the group's commercial success, reaching number 2 in the United Kingdom[5] and number 11 in the United States, and eventually gaining Gold certifications in both countries. In its support, the trio embarked on their largest world tour to date, including a headlining spot at the California Jam festival.

The album includes a cover designed by H. R. Giger.

Welcome Back, My Friends, to the Show That Never Ends ~ Ladies and Gentlemen: Welcome Back, My Friends, to the Show That Never Ends ~ Ladies and Gentlemen is the second live album by the English progressive rock band Emerson, Lake & Palmer, released as a triple album in August 1974 on Manticore Records. It was recorded in February 1974 at the Anaheim Convention Center in Anaheim, California during the group's 1973–74 world tour in support of their fourth studio album, Brain Salad Surgery (1973).

The album was a commercial success, reaching number 4 on the Billboard 200, the band's highest charting album in the US. In the UK, the album peaked at number 6. The album is certified gold by the Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA) for 500,000 copies sold in the US. Following its release, Emerson, Lake & Palmer took an extended break from writing and recording.

I named my first major art project that I did in 3d animation at college after the album's lyrics. I called it Art Show. I named it that because it was a gallery and I kept adding more items to it.

I named this series of 3D art; I made in college: Art Show because of the band's lyrics from the Emerson, Lake & Palmer song "Welcome Back, My Friends, to the Show That Never Ends". It seemed like it never ended and had infinite possibility's.

Email to my family: Of course I always got A's in college; my 2 pages, over 120 college credit hours, of transcript's; proove that.. I never took a art or animation, 3D or computer graphics class that I did not get A's in. The only class I took that I got B's was in was sculpture 1 and 2. The sculpture teachers were really angry all the time. Sculpture 1 made me go to the Dallas Museum of Art and then gave me C because he said my report was not done properly. I say I did and I challenged the grade. I got a real bad reputation in the sculpture section of the school. That gave me the B in sculpture class by a different, very angry, teacher. I vowed from that day forth to hate all sculpture artist's art; that weren't famous painters first. I think all in all I got allot our of those sculpture classes; even if they were bad experiences for me. Think about it; you can not hang a sculpture on a wall. It is unpractical for a everyday person to own sculptures. It takes up too much space and collects dust.

However if I would have a sculpture in my house by a sculpture; I only like sculptures by established painters, like:

Max Ernst:
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Max_Ernst#Sculpture
Max Ernst's life and career are examined in Peter Schamoni's 1991 documentary Max Ernst. Dedicated to the art historian Werner Spies, it was assembled from interviews with Ernst, stills of his paintings and sculptures, and the memoirs of his wife Dorothea Tanning and son Jimmy. The 101-minute German film was released on DVD with English subtitles by Image Entertainment.

What is up with feetwood Mac? When I first heard them I was a freshman in Haddam Killingworth High school; destined to be the first Freshman to letter in that school in tennis. When I first heard them I was a avid collector of record albums; since I bought my first record album Let It Be by the Beatles. I was living in the deep woods of Cockaponsett Forrest of Connecticut with my family when I first heard and bought the Album Rumors. Rumors was the greatest rock album I ever heard then. Rumors described my life then and all the people that surrounded me; at the time that album came out. We all know Fleetwood Mac by that album. However I remember them even more from my sophomore year of high school when I used to listen to my stepmom's old Reel-to-reel audio tape recording. I used to make that thing make rock and roll music out of my voice. I did not know anything about sound, not like I do now with the computer audio classes I having taken in college. That machine was magic to me then: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Reel-to-reel_audio_tape_recording I first heard the album Bare Trees then in my  sophomore year of high shcool and it blew my mind. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bare_Trees  That tape Bare Trees came in a magnificent case with winter trees on it. In my opinion Bare Trees is the best album of it's time and since that album Fleetwood Mac ruled rock and roll right up until the year rock and roll died 1979 (thanks to MTV lol). Bob Welch really made Fleetwood Mac in Bare trees and he will be forever missed. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bob_Welch_(musician) best album by him is https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/French_Kiss_(Bob_Welch_album) If you ask me Fleetwood Mac was one of the first European bands to completely mimic the southern rock movement of the 1970's; in America. In my opinion Fleetwood Mac ended in 1979 with the album Rumors and began in 1972 with the album bare trees. What a magical 7 years it was though. Not to say Tusk was that bad; even though they made a MTV video for it.

This is a picture of my dad in 1991.

Now there is.

May 02 2018:

I just found a article about me on Google. I think they borrowed from my telephone interview with the Allan American Newspaper. Here is a screenshot of my McKinney Courier Gazet from 2007:

They asked me to hold up a painting that I made. I chose this one because it is one of my favorite acrylics.

Here is a copy of the article:

Melissa artist shows his love of the west in paintings

Melissa resident Rick Radman displays his western-themed paintings at the Allen Public Library. His works show his love of nature. This photo and more are available through MyCapture at www.scntx.com. Photos: Robert James Hughes/McKinney Courier-Gazette

This month, the Allen Public Library is displaying paintings of Melissa resident Rick Radman. For Radman, painting the west has been a childhood dream come true.

At his home in Melissa, Radman is surrounded by the outdoor beauty he has always loved. From his kitchen, he can see horses — palominos — and can take pictures anytime he wants.

“I would have really, really intense fantasies from the age of 12 to 17 of living in the South and being a cowboy,” Radman said. “It was almost more than I could stand.”

Radman has enjoyed a love of nature his entire life. He was born in Great Falls, Mont., and moved to Middleton, Conn., at a young age.

After showing an affinity for drawing, his mother put him in art classes when he was 8 years old.

“It was a great feeling to have the teacher hold up my drawing and say, ‘Look at what Ricky did,’” he said.

While visiting his cousin on the weekends, he would play in the woods. Later, he began riding his motorcycle and, then, a horse. Spending time outside is what made him happy, he said.

He remembers his dad wearing a cowboy hat when watching Westerns with Clint Eastwood or John Wayne on television. But, his biggest influence was classic ’70s rock bands from the South.

“To this day I really like Marshall Tucker Band,” he said.

In his teen years, he drew Spiderman and football players. Later, he began skateboarding and started creating art for skateboards. When he got older, he began sending art out to skateboard companies across the nation. A friend at the skateboard company Z PIG told him the best place for work would be out west.

“She said to save up some money and move to southern California,” Radman said. “So I loaded up the van and put motorcycle in it and moved on out.”

By this time, Radman had met his wife and they both made the move. He said moving to Texas came about from her choice to go to college — by way of the Army.

“My wife came home one day from the library and said she needed to join the Army to pay for college. It took a month for me to realize this was something she really wanted to do,” he said.

Once she finished her training in Georgia, they moved to Killeen, Texas, near Austin, so she could be part-time reserve. When she decided to go to a community college, the Radmans traveled around the state looking at the different campuses. When he saw the waterfall at the Collin County Community College campus in McKinney, he knew he had found the right one.

“She loves waterfalls. When I saw the one at Collin County, I knew it must be a sign,” he said.

Now they live just north of McKinney in Melissa and he is attending classes at CCCCD. Radman said he feels at home.

“I always knew I wanted to live in one of two places: Texas or California,” he said.

For Radman, his Texas life is full. He paints. He goes to school. And all he has to do to be inspired for a western painting is look outside his window.

“There are the most beautiful horses here,” he said. “And, all I got to do is walk down the road to see ‘em.”

To see Radman’s paintings, visit the Allen Public Library at 300 North Allen Drive. To visit Radman’s Web site, visit http://hey_dtx.tripod.com/index.html.

I will ad this to my press page here: http://radmanart2ndhome.blogspot.com/p/radmanart-art.html

That makes 7 newspaper articles of me I know about. I am sure there were more. I know there was a Dallas article about my 3 person show at the Art Bar in Deep Ellum.: https://dallas.com/places/art-bar

Wormhole

Follow like below to see the movie my wife and I made for college in the year 2003:

This is the first time this has been posted on the internet. Crank up the quality setting and be transported.

I think I thought of this from spending so much time at home doing homework for college, The idea is your home is transported to another dimension while your in it with out you knowing it. Sram? A play on words for a backwards story. Again I am using the mars theme as a backdrop for the movie. The fact that the first Mars rover landed on Mars at the time is probably the reason I chose Mars. The beam shows the wormhole from Mars to earth. Oh how adorable in my wife's words are my dogs when they were puppies, I love them just as much today as then. The scene with me drawing is a collage type drawing I never completed; long before all my great paintings within paintings were completed. That is my art desk I use to this day. The photos in the corner are of me as a child. Of course that is my wife in the hand made India tapestry. She is supposed to be a spirit I should have used transparency on her. The entire script comes from my head at the time it was made around 2004. The idea was the house was very close to Mars in it's rotation around the earth. I posted the house scene on my YouTube channel a while ago in expectation of posting this. The video has great Maya creations of my work. The space background unlike the Alien Flyboy was made by me in Photoshop. The spacey part is me dreaming. You can barely see my wife with the tapestry in the background throwing the Frisbee. The ending is bloopers of my laughing so hard I can not talk.

While I am updating; I will ad the art I completed this morning:

April 22 2018:

I hope you all are enjoying my artwork this year. I am working very hard every morning to do these digital masterpiece's. I have a crimp in my shoulder and forearm because of it. I have always had problems with arthritis in my neck; that cause problems with my arms. I had MRI's and all that in Plano. This was my doctor:

Steven Lewis Remer, M.D.
Pain Management
American Pain and Wellness
6020 West Parker Road
Ste 300
Plano, TX 75093
Primary Hospital: Texas Health Plano

Secondary Hospital(s): Texas Health Center for Diagnostics & Surgery

I was told that if I did not have treatment; I could loose use of my arms. My workouts are still designed to this day to help me stay well.

The cool thing about using my tablet is I can do the art on the couch. The problem is the tablet is small, 5 inches by 3 inches about. It is called a 4 x 6 but is only has 5 by 3 to draw on space. It is not a fancy tablet or designed to do drawing, that holds me back. Also I use a generic stylus not designed for drawing. It is all good though; I give a piece of me; with every drawing I complete.

I love this song by Supertramp:

Lyrics
Oh, yeah
Alright
Here we go again
Hey hey, whoa no, da na, hey hey, yeah
Give a little bit
Give a little bit of your love to me
Give a little bit
I'll give a little bit of my love to you
There's so much that we need to share
So send a smile and show you care
(Alright)
I'll give a little bit
I'll give a little bit of my life for you
So give a little bit
Give a little bit of your time to me
See the man with the lonely eyes
Oh, take his hand, you'll be surprised
Oh, take it
Ah, yeah
Come along
Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah
Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah
Give a little bit
Give a little bit of your love to me
I'll give a little bit of my life for you
Now's the time that we need to share
So find yourself, we're on our way back home
Oh, going home
Don't you need, don't you need to feel at home
Oh yeah, we gotta sing
Oh yeah, you gotta get a feeling
Oh, yeah, come along too
Whoo!
You can come along too, yeah
Come-a, come-a, come-a, come along
Cha, cha, cha oh, yeah
Oh, yeah, come along too
Yeah, come along too, yeah
Sing Betty Lou
Come along too
What a long ride
Come a long way
Oh, sing it tonight
Oh, yeah

April 19 2018:

I made some more images this morning:

April 18 2018:

As of this year around winter time; I have been a professional artist for 40 years.  Of course like the video I posted here; I have been married for 30 years as well. I was married in 1988. I was going to enter a contest one time and since I had sold art in 1988 I had to enter as a professional artist. I sold a bunch of comics to the skateboard company called Tracker Designs in 1988 for around $1,500.00. I have not sold art since then. There is definitely something about that date 1988. The number 8:

1988 was the year I got happily married and the year I became a professional artist:

The number eight is considered to be a lucky number in Chinese and other Asian cultures. Eight (?; accounting ?; pinyin ba) is considered a lucky number in Chinese culture because it sounds like the word meaning to generate wealth (?(T) ?(S); Pinyin: fa). Property with the number 8 may be valued greatly by Chinese.

April 17 2018:

After posting those cool graphics yesterday; I decided to make some of my own. I title this series of graphics as: Graphics to Help for Radmanart 4 16 2018. I had to create these graphics myself; because I believe this is a side of the Lord; most people do not want to except as being popular. I could not find these with good backgrounds, or not at all; on Google Images. There is a abundance of knowledge on Google; about the Lord and his word, that is impressive.

The reason I am creating these graphics is; for all those out there that have been told God is only a God of love, and that is it. I would never take pleasure in people's suffering or them going to hell; that would be unforgivable of anyone to even think such things. I am also creating these graphics and posting the previous graphics, I found on Google images; in the hopes that it may save people from God's wrath, by simply fearing God.

April 15 2018:

I like Justin Bieber, I mean he is a skateboarder and all. I bet even Justin Bieber would agree, he is not and never will be; as legendary as the Beatles.:

The beatles compared to Justin Bieber:

from: https://www.quora.com/Is-Justin-Bieber-a-better-entertainer-than-the-Beatles-or-Elvis-Presley

Better than the Beatles? Not by any measure. He doesn't write his own songs or play an instrument for a start.

When the Beatles came along their music inspired people to say "That's new" and to rush out and try and replicate it. Nobody had heard music played the way they played it. And rather than continue treading the same path the Beatles changed and developed and at each stage changed music and dragged other bands in their wake. Nobody has ever heard a Justin Bieber song and thought- I've never heard anything like that before. Almost 50 years after their first album we're still talking about the influence of The Beatles and they're still impacting modern music.

Bieber is best compared to former teen idols like Fabian, who was a huge star in the late fifties. Like Bieber he was a huge sensation amongst the teenage audience and sang songs written by others and produced for his voice. He cross marketed with film appearances and merchandising and was as much a product as he was a singer. At the time his fans were as rabid and dedicated as Bieber fans but who talks about Fabian now? Who cites Fabian as an influence today? How many people on the street have even heard of him?

In 50 years we'll still be talking about the Beatles as great entertainers and marveling at how their TV appearance stopped a nation. Justin Bieber will be a small entry in Wikipedia's teen idol page and nothing more.

I am still working away on my digital western art. I am nearing 150 total drawings, so far for this year.

Just in case you forgot what I wrote about this series, way, way down on the bottom of this page, when I first started this series of art; I will quote it now again:

December 17 2017:

I have begun working on my new art series to begin in 2018. I will be creating art in the Andy Warhol and  Pablo Picasso vain; of photos I took around the my town, when I attended photography class in college; under Professor Byrd Williams. I will drawing the art by hand with my old scratched up; 4 inch by 6 inch tablet and basic low end stylus, in a surrealist style. Right now I am working on horses, cows and my dog. I may just end up creating art from images of trees and landscapes.

The reason I say me new series is like Andy Warhol is because, allot people will scratch there head and say; this is art?  That has always satisfied me when people think that about my art like that. There were a few critics of my tank art. They used to get madder and madder at me, because my tank drawings where not realistic enough; for example. So every tank I drew towards, the end of the series; just kept getting weirder and weirder. I love doing stuff like that. The more closed minded people look and my art and say this is art?; the better. I feel like mission accomplished.

I also like it to Pablo Picasso because of those quick paintings he used to do like pictured above.
All my new art will be in High Quality 300 DPI perfect for printing.

Quoted from: April 02 2018:

Oh yeah I just want to say; I am out of local McKinney, Texas photos of horses, from my college days. I will be using my favorite images for horses from now on. They are coming out really good. More action shots.

April 10 2018:

Check this guy out who has called himself Radman since 1991.

If you look at the top of this page and zoom in on my art I sent to Thrasher Magazine in 1988. Look at the bottom right of my envelope art. It has my name and the date 88 underneath it. The art was made in 1988, it was not published until the 1991 issue; that is shown above on every blog page of this blog.

From: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/RaD_Man
Christian Wirth (born in the 1970s), better known by the pseudonym RaD Man, is an American computer artist and historian. He works in the field of ANSI art, a method of creating art using a limited set of text characters and color escape codes based loosely on the relevant ANSI standard (X3.64: Control Sequences for Video Terminals and Peripherals).

The only thing I have against the guy is he is a graffiti artist. Just put "RaD Man", "graffiti" in google; to see for yourself.

I have never done graffiti.

April 05 2018:

This and the one below is a attempt at drawing the local trees here.

This is one of the first horses I did a real serious painting of. I saw the owner

The white horse and the horse with what looks like it has a brownish (above) hat are the first serious paintings I did of horses. I stopped by a little ranch not far from me and asked the lady there if she would like a painting of her horse; I photographed earlier. She was very nice not like her huge white dog that almost bit my hand off. It was a quick conversation. I did a so so acrylic painting for her and a very good acrylic painting for me of the horse above the white horse here. I was hooked from that moment on. I latter did some very fine paintings of these two horses.

This is where I ran out of photos of local wildlife. From now on I will be using favorite images from my archives to create new art.

The hair was tan on my tablet. My wife said leave it like this.

I want to share emails between me and mom about my one quarter of my blood line.:

Mom: Grama was born in Yugoslvia and Grampa was born in Austria.

Me: Oh...
Austria-Hungary - Wikipedia

Still that is pretty cool. That means he could be from one of many country's. I wish I new exactly where in Austria Hungary.

Also where in Yugoslavia Grandma was from.

You know Transylvania is in and about around Yugoslavia. https://es.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pr%C3%ADncipe_de_Transilvania

At any rate it is a very ancient land and full of fascinating history.

I remember you telling me that Grandma Verba had a arranged marriage.

Again all my great grandparents where from Sicily. Only my mom's mother's parents; my great grandparent where from Yugoslavia.

I wrote this review on IMDB;

I am all about comics. I started reading every Spider Man when it cam out starting around issue number 47. I mention comics all over all my Radman_art and Radmanart websites since 2001; when my wife made my first website. The title of my websites refer to a super hero I invented in 1988 and had published in Thrasher Magazine. My splash page for my radmanart2ndhome.blogspot.com web site is of the issue Radman was published in. In all my newspaper articles praising my art; I am referred to as Radman. I created about 150 pages of comics back in my heyday's of the late 1980's. I have drawn the Guardians of the Galaxy's character Rocket many times to perfection on my Radman_Art Blog Homepage 2016 page. I liked to draw Rocket because he is my favorite super hero of all time now. I love his New England accent. I never new I would have a raccoon as a favorite superhero.

The point I am trying to make is I am all about comics. Until the first Guardians of the Galaxy movie I had never even heard of Guardians of the Galaxy. Weird huh? Pretty weird coming from a comic authority that I claim to be. Since then Guardians of the Galaxy has become my favorite super hero saga and will be for life.

The amazing thing to me is Guardians of the Galaxy first began in the epic year of 1969. Probably the coolest year our country ever had.

The original Guardians of the Galaxy are a superhero team appearing in American comic books published by Marvel Comics. The Guardians first appear in Marvel Super-Heroes #18 (Jan. 1969).

Long live Guardians of the Galaxy!

You have to admit that is pretty weird; and I thought it was worth posting this:

It's snowing orange in parts of Russia and it looks incredibly bizarre

The pristine white landscape after a nice heavy snowfall is something that people in snowy areas have come to expect, but parts of eastern Europe have recently been getting a shade of snow that is a whole lot different. Orange-tinted flakes are piling up in parts of Russia, Bulgaria, and Romania, and residents are ...

My movie review 3 29 2018, posted on IMDB:

Jumanji: Welcome to the Jungle(2017)

One of the worst new movies I have ever seen.

Ripped off at the Redbox again. I thought I was going to see a modern day remake of the original Jumanji. If it was a modern day remake of the original Jumanji with CG; it would have been great. The great thing about the original; is the game spilled over into reality. This movie is not reality at all and is so, very stupid. The original Jumaji is so much better than this and it is over 28 years old; that means this movie should not have been made. e are a advanced society compared to 1995. Somehow all of our advancements mean nothing in movie making quality; if this movie is acceptable to the movie going audience.

Rock was cool. Glad he is still working. He was very cool in San Andreas (2015). Long live The Rock. Jack Black is awesome; but hated him as a girl in this horrid movie. I bow to Jack Black now and forever.

I also wrote this review on IMDB:

Outstanding Movie

We rented this at the Redbox. It is a amazing recreation of so many great weird Marvel Comics. When it comes to comic to movies; I love movies taken from weird; off the track comics. The standard everyday doo da comics; do not make great movies. As far as I can tell this movie takes it's plot from comics such as: Planet Hulk, The Incredible Hulk Vol. 2 #92-105, Thor Vol. 3 #1-12, #600-603, Thor Giant-Sized Finale #1, Contest of Champions #1-10. This is a great movie; despite it being under the total censorship of Disney. There is allot of violence in this movie though. If Disney continues to get rad I am happy to watch movies like this. All movies are fake and I guess the reason Disney likes comics to movies; is because it is make believe, made into make believe.

I did a extensive search and con not prove that Albert Einstein said this; but I like this quote: "energy cannot be created or destroyed".

Sarah Silverman Rocks my IMDB review of Jesus is Magic

I know I have said this before online about Sarah Silverman, but I just love her comedy, so much. Her stand up is so awesome! She says the most amazing things. Artistically she is so unique. She reminds me of a female Lewis CK. Jesus Is Magic is my absolute favorite, that I did not see until about 2008.

I mentioned this video when it first came out in 2006; because of the cameo of Sarah Silverman.: Jenny Lewis and The Watson Twins "Rise Up With Fists"

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rise_Up_with_Fists!!
The music video, inspired by Hee Haw, features cameo appearances of Sarah Silverman

Sarah Silverman's face tells a thousand words; about how much she hate's Hee Haw. Lets face it Hee Haw objectified women more than any television show in America, ever.

From: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sarah_Silverman#1992-2007:_Career_beginnings_and_Jesus_Is_Magic

Jesus Is Magic

In 2005, Silverman released a concert film, Sarah Silverman: Jesus Is Magic, based on her one-woman show of the same name. Liam Lynch directed the film, which was distributed by Roadside Attractions. It received 64% positive ratings based on 84 reviews on the film critics aggregator Web site Rotten Tomatoes, and earned approximately $1.3 million at the box office. As part of the film's publicity campaign, she appeared online in Slate as the cover subject of Heeb magazine and in roasts on Comedy Central of Pamela Anderson and Hugh Hefner.

I wish I knew what that shirt she had on meant. It looks like a heavy metal band logo. I searched like crazy online but nothing. I think it may be a designer made it for her like Adam Sandler had in the movie Zohan. I look that up and found it.

If Sarah Silverman was a artist she would paint like Mark Ryden.

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mark_Ryden

Mark Ryden (born January 20, 1963) is an American painter, part of the Lowbrow (or Pop Surrealist) art movement. He was dubbed "the god-father of pop surrealism" by Interview Magazine. Artnet named Ryden and his wife, the painter Marion Peck, the King and Queen of Pop Surrealism and one of the ten most important art couples in Los Angeles. Ryden's aesthetic is developed from subtle amalgams of many sources, from Ingres, David and other French classicists to Little Golden Books. Ryden also draws his inspiration from anything that will evoke mystery: old toys, anatomical models, stuffed animals, skeletons and religious ephemera found in flea markets.

April 02 2018:

I was having so many computer problems yesterday; I did not feel like wishing happy anything. I actually skipped my art on Saturday I was so perplexed. Everything is cool now; thanks to my big brain.

We Had a good Easter. We celebrated on my wife's day off. I got my wife a little white Easter bunny and a dozen mini Cadbury Chocolate eggs. We used a basket and some Easter grass. I had some Junior mints and other of my favorite candy's. Why do you have to have chocolate; I thought, this year.

We had a small sized ham. I hate buying a giant ham with too much leftovers. Stove Top Savory Herbs Stuffing Mix and yams. It was great and the weather was nice too.

Oh yeah I just want to say; I am out of local McKinney, Texas photos of horses, from my college days. I will be using my favorite images for horses from now on. They are coming out really good. More action shots.

March 20 2018:

Now for some more glorious art:

Now here is a original view. I've never seen it like this.

This one really brought out emotions in me. I have drawn Ursula so far but drawing them together was really how it should be. They were always together. They ran together in pack formation constantly.
Crepe myrtle are in early this year.:
Lagerstroemia - Wikipedia
Lagerstroemia /?le?g?r'stri?mi?/, commonly known as crape myrtle or crepe myrtle, is a genus of around 50 species of deciduous and evergreen trees and shrubs native to the Indian subcontinent, southeast Asia, northern Australia, and parts of Oceania, cultivated in warmer climates around the world. I don't know about you but I can rarely remember movies that make a series of movies that are better than the last. Aliens for sure. Then there is Men in Black. The first movie was based on Marvel comics. I have loved Marvel comics since I was a child. I was reading Spider-man since about issue number 47; as they came out. I never liked DC that much. I did like DC side projects like Lobo. Lobo is a fictional character that appears in comic books published by DC Comics. The Lobo character was created by Roger Slifer and Keith Giffen, and first appeared in Omega Men #3 (June 1983). Lobo is an alien born on the utopian planet of Czarnia, and works as an interstellar mercenary and bounty hunter. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lobo_(DC_Comics)
I also like the newer Batman series stuff with the crazy great artwork. DC was always good with story lines; but when it comes to art and eye candy, Marvel ruled. Marvel has the best stories because it goes right to the heroics and the hero life, the good and the bad. What I really love about Men in Black is they base their next 2 movies on Malibu Comics. I bought Spawn number one when it came out. I was all over Spawn. A New York Comic artist (Tod McFarlane) moves to California and starts his own Comic company; thee same time I move to California from Connecticut? You bet I was paying close attention. I have always loved Malibu comics; they are a subsidiary of Image comics that makes Spawn. I own a bunch of Malibu comics and they are my most favorite. Maybe I will paste this on IMDB.

Men in Black is a series of American comic science fiction action spy films directed by Barry Sonnenfeld, and based on Malibu / Marvel comic book series The Men in Black by Lowell Cunningham. The first film, Men in Black, was released in 1997, the second film, Men in Black II, in 2002, and the third film, Men in Black 3 was released in 2012. Amblin Entertainment and MacDonald/Parkes Productions produced all three films and distributed through Columbia Pictures.

Malibu Comics Entertainment, Inc. (also known as Malibu Graphics) was an American comic book publisher active in the late 1980s and early 1990s, best known for its Ultraverse line of superhero titles. Notable titles under the Malibu label included The Men in Black, Ultraforce, The Night Man and Exiles.

The company's headquarters was in Calabasas, California. Malibu was initially publisher of record for Image Comics from 1992 to 1993. The company's other imprints included Aircel Comics and Eternity Comics. Malibu also owned a small software development company that designed video games in the early to mid-1990s called Malibu Interactive.

I bought some new bed sheets because ours where really old and tragedy. My wife and I have had a queen sized bed since I can remember. When we first started; we bought Queen sized sets of sheet. I soon found out that they are too small. Why is that? I have always bought King sized pillows and flat sheets and quilts. What is wrong with our sheet makers? Don't they think of two adults sleeping in a bed? If you buy a King sized bed you have no choice but to buy king sized sheets and they are too small for the bed.

I can not say this enough how much I love this song:

Mona Lisa & Mad Haters
Elton John

And now I know
Spanish Harlem are not just pretty words to say
I thought I knew
But now I know that rose trees never grow
In New York City

Until you've seen this trash can dream come true
You stand at the edge while people run you through
And I thank the Lord
There's people out there like you
I thank the Lord there's people out there like you

While Mona Lisas and Mad Hatters
Sons of bankers, sons of lawyers
Turn around and say good morning to the night
For unless they see the sky
But they can't and that is why
They know not if it's dark outside or light

This Broadway's got
It's got a lot of songs to sing
If I knew the tunes I might join in
I'll go my way alone
Grow my own, my own seeds shall be sown, in New York City

Subway's no way for a good man to go down
Rich man can ride and the hobo he can drown
And I thank the Lord for the people I have found
I thank the Lord for the people I have found

While Mona Lisas and Mad Hatters
Sons of bankers, sons of lawyers
Turn around and say good morning to the night
For unless they see the sky
But they can't and that is why
They know not if it's dark outside or light

And now I know
Spanish Harlem are not just pretty words to say
I thought I knew
But now I know that rose trees never grow
In New York City

Subway's no way for a good man to go down
Rich man can ride and the hobo he can drown
And I thank the Lord for the people I have found
I thank the Lord for the people I have found

While Mona Lisas and Mad Hatters
Sons of bankers, sons of lawyers
Turn around and say good morning to the night
For unless they see the sky
But they can't and that is why
They know not if it's dark outside or light
They know not if it's dark outside or light

I think this a song of realization, specifically the brutal reality of New York or any major city. The realization of the fact that people are overrun by the power of money and selfishness. I feel that the rose trees are symbolic for the growing of relationships, which would explain "I thank they Lord there's people out there like you" showing the appreciation for whomever he speaks of. I think the chorus shows what these people are missing, "turn around and say good morning to the night" shows how these people are letting life pass them by, and "for unless they see the sky, but they can't and that is why, they know not if it's dark outside or light" shows that they don't even know what they're missing. And the major point of what they are missing is the rose trees, friends, lovers, whatever Taupin means by the rose trees. Then finally the last verse just solidifies everything by talking about the rich man riding the subway and the hobo being left behind, shows the lack of compassion these mona lisas and mad hatters have. But the people (or rose trees) that "I have found" are not like that, and "I thank the Lord." Little lengthy, but I wanted to get everything across.

March 16 2018:

I made this yesterday:
Although I am three forth Sicilian from the same province in Sicily and one forth Yugoslavian.
I was raised in a Irish Catholic school to 8th grade, in a school my grandfather from Sicily helped build.
I was taught to have a strong bond with Irish people and a great love for the Emerald Isle:
Emerald Isle is the poetic name for Ireland due to its green countryside, first referred to in print by William Drennan in his poem "When Erin first rose". Emerald Isle may also refer to: In places: Emerald Isle (Northwest Territories), Canada; Emerald Isle, North Carolina, USA; Emerald Island (phantom), a phantom island ...

We have these small batches of clovers that grow here year round. They just started to turn very green.
I took the camera out yesterday and took this photo of the ground here.
I have found four leaf clovers on several occasions growing in theses clusters.:
The four-leaf clover is a rare variation of the common three-leaf clover. According to tradition, such clovers bring good luck, though it is not clear when or how that tradition got started. The earliest mention of “Fower-leafed or purple grasse” is from 1640 and simply says that it was kept in gardens because it was “good for the ...

Saint Patrick's Day, or the Feast of Saint Patrick is a cultural and religious celebration held on 17 March, the traditional death date of Saint Patrick ( c. I have been listening to The Pogues - Waiting for Herb allot lately. It is by far my favorite album by the band.:
Waiting for Herb is the sixth studio album by The Pogues, released in 1993, and their first without former lead singer Shane MacGowan.
The album saw the band continue to expand their musical reach past the traditional Irish roots it had been founded on, and was only their second full-length album without a single traditional song. The album featured the track "Tuesday Morning", which was the band's first Top Twenty hit since "Fairytale of New York."
Also I love this song:
First verse lyrics:
I close the door and turn the key
And dream a world for you and me
Beyond the walls, a city breathes
In this room one heart beats
The stars, they shine for you and me

Happy Saint Patrick's Day.

March 13 2018:

I took this photo on February 2, 2018. The moon was so bright I had to take a photo of it.

When I originally posted this photo of the stormy sky to my blog; I only posted a portion of it.
I panned a video of it; with plans to create a larger photo.
I spent about a hour this morning piecing this together as best I could.
The problem was I went up and down with the video.
You will have to click on it to see the whole thing.

March 11 2018:

Took this photo March 11 2018; this morning, that's my painting in background.

March 04 2018:

Time to ad more art and some very touching videos to YouTube; connected with this series of art.

This is a video of the the horses I have done recent art work on in my current series of art. I used the photos to do the art, not this video. I usually take videos when I am taking photos. All the horses of these colors in my series are from these photos from around 2007.  I find the video touching; having done so much art on this subject. I just recently watched it; for the first time in 9 years. I hope viewing this helps you to get some emotional attachment to my new art; like I have.

Sad to say the field and all the trees in the background are now gone.

This is a video of the cows I have done recent art work on in my current series of art. I used the photos to do the art, not this video. I usually take videos when I am taking photos. I was viewing the cows from a distance. You can see how far away from they were in this video. Then suddenly they started coming towards me to say hello to me. As you can see in the video: Radman Art 2018 Tablet Art cows close up.

I stopped doing art last year after my blog page got so big I could barely manage it. I plan on doing that again this year. It gives me time to think about what I will do for next year. I knew I had a good plan for my art this year. I that is what makes this art shine. What makes a difference to me concerning this series is I was there and saw in person all the animals I am drawing now. It really does make a difference to be there and view these things. The way the air smelled. The color of the trees and grass. How the clouds looked that day. I am already think of what I want to do next year.

February 17 2018:

Here we go again. More heartfelt artwork from a bleeding heart artist, I put some captions in today:

I came across this filed that had nothing but baby bulls.

I could barely see these guys from the road. I had to get right up to the wire fence about 200 feet from the road. Low and behold there was this huge herd of cows. I took so many photos of them. All the black and white cows of this series is from those cows. In the end they rush across the field to me and licked my hand as I pet them.

These very muscular horses were in a field I got permission to go in. That field is gone now; I am sad to say. During the 30 minutes or so I spent with these magnificent giant beasts, changed the way I feel about horses. All the muscular white and off white horses of this series are from that time.

The white horses again. I did this one this morning. I did it yesterday hoping to update this blog right after. I wanted it to be a special one. I deleted it yesterday as I was just bout to finish it. I gave up and decided to do it today instead.

Here is some more rant and raving by me:

rant and rave:
synonyms: fulminate, go on, hold forth, vociferate, sound off, spout, pontificate, bluster, declaim

I never really liked The Who. They just seemed too clean cut, too plain, kind of squares. I know how popular they are, I must be honest though, I never liked them. I respect them but I never liked their music.

They are really a band from movies.:

Meaden was replaced as manager by two filmmakers, Kit Lambert and Chris Stamp. They were looking for a young, unsigned rock group that they could make a film about, and had seen the band at the Railway Hotel in Wealdstone, which had become a regular venue for them. Lambert related to Townshend and his art school background, and encouraged him to write songs. In August, Lambert and Stamp made a promotional film featuring the group and their audience at the Railway.  The band changed their set towards soul, rhythm and blues and Motown covers, and created the slogan "Maximum R&B".

I do like the movie Quadrophenia. I have always liked it since I was a kid.

Quadrophenia is a 1979 British drama film, loosely based on The Who's 1973 rock opera of the same name. It was directed by Franc Roddam in his feature directing début. Unlike the adaptation of Tommy, Quadrophenia is not a musical film, and the band does not appear live in the film.

The end of the movie has always puzzled me. I found this website though; that attempts to explain the end:

QUADROPHENIA'S LOST MOD?

My wife just asked me to look this up:

Abraham Lincoln (February 12, 1809 – April 15, 1865) was an American statesman and lawyer who served as the 16th President of the United States from March 1861 until his assassination in April 1865. Lincoln led the United States through its Civil War—its bloodiest war and perhaps its greatest moral, constitutional, and political crisis. In doing so, he preserved the Union, paved the way for the abolition of slavery, strengthened the federal government, and modernized the economy.

There was this haunting photo of Abraham Lincoln there too. He has a beard like me. All scraggly. You can see every wrinkle in his face. It is amazing the quality of this photo.

I was watching MTV allot around the time Lost Highway came out. MTV made a big deal about it so I thought I should see it. This is when I realized how much of a genius David Cronenberg was.:

David Paul Cronenberg, CC OOnt FRSC (born March 15, 1943) is a Canadian director, screenwriter and actor. Cronenberg is one of the principal originators of what is commonly known as the body horror or visceral horror genre. This style of filmmaking explores people's fears of bodily transformation and infection. In his films, the psychological is typically intertwined with the physical.

I wrote this review on the movie Mulholland Drive recently on IMDB:

I do not care if David Paul Cronenberg disagree's with me this is what the movie is about.

Sad but true meaning of this movie: No matter how many times I see the movie Mulholland Drive; I am more amazed every time. My wife and I had to drive many miles to see the movie when it first came out in a theater. It had limited theaters that the film was showing in the Dallas Morning News. I guess I was a huge David Lynch fan since Lost Highway https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lost_Highway_(film).

When we arrived at the theater that was showing the movie Mulholland Drive; I was amazed at how nice it was. The sound quality was very good; I remember the bass and loudness shook the room it was playing in. When we got done watching the long enthralling move; I could barely see straight. I remember having a hard time finding my way out of the theater. We actually went around the whole theater trying to find the door out. I felt dizzy, even high; after seeing the movie and making my way back to the car. When I searched the internet around that time and to the present; I could barely find any info on the subject. Now there is allot of interpretations on the movie's meaning. The Wikipedia page has grown enormous since then. If you are ever in a waiting room or something, and you need to kill some time on you phone; look it up on Wikipedia; it is a good long interesting read. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mulholland_Drive_(film)

I think it is about two ghosts the haunt Hollywood. I do not care if David Cronenberg himself disagrees with me. The ghosts relive their lives and how they first met.

It is funny how Ghost Box recordings always work best with celebrity's.

Maybe the celebrity's possess this new found way of speaking through the afterlife.

I think the movie is about a lesbian couple who's love is so strong it will not die. I think lesbians possess the most power to love each other transcending all other love. I think when two women love each other it becomes something different than normal explainable love. Women love like no other species on earth. Women possess the power to love far better than men. The two main stars in Mulholland Drive represent that love to me. Two women who's love for each other would not die; even after death. Of course since such love is normally despised and shunned; it almost explains why such a love would resonate past death upon the plain that is our pitiful existence. I will post this on my blog also next time I ad art there in about 16 days from now.

*Sorry for the Rated R movie review.

Rated R - Wikipedia

Rated R primarily refers to movies that have been given a "restricted" rating by a film rating system, most notably: Motion Picture Association of America film rating system · Canadian Home Video Rating System · British Board of Film Classification, which uses an "R" rating. Rated R may also refer to: ...

*I have said this many times on the internet before; I am a adult and therefore I like Rated R movies. I believe the movie industry is turning to movies only for children but aimed towards the whole family because of money. I think it is bad for adults to watch children's movies and will eventually have a reverse effect. I have to keep reminding myself how overwhelmingly closed minded and judgmental; the internet population seems to be these days.

I have also repeated this on the internet for many years now that movies are all just make believe. To think anything else would not be sane.

I know I always go on about how popular I was with, all my rich bros from the shore line in Connecticut. I think the number one reason all my east coast wealthy bros loved me was I loved to party. I was really good at in a healthy way. I had a healthy full blown way of approaching, the time to party. I embraced it; when it was time to embrace it. The rest of the time I tried to present myself as the responsible teenager who had a top notch police officer as a dad. The number two reason was for my love of women. I would not boast about such things. That would be not gentlemanly. Almost every single big party I went to I ended up in a bedroom, or one time under the pool table *making out with a female. I think that is why I was always in with the rich dudes. I went to high school with at Hadam Killingworth High School. The sensation of being with a female intimately, and partying with my bros; was the ultimate experience to me. The touch and feel of a woman close to me has always given me a reason to greet every new day with a positive attitude. My hats off to all my old friends from my old school days;  they were truly like my brothers. My hats off especially to all my female friends that made me want to excel in life. My love for the woman of my life, married to me for over 30 years. Being married to my muse for 30 years left me with more artwork completed than most artist' s have done all their lives. All this fine quality artwork stored up; as a testimony of love. I like to brag about my youth, I always aimed to be a hero and set a good example back then.

*By making-out I mean cloths on and kissing and hugging. That was a very big deal to me then. I would get caught my my friends and after about 20 minutes and get back to the party. When I got back to socializing I always felt like everyone was cheering me on; in not so many words.

Ever wonder who sings the end in the last song of the Jackson Brown album Running on empty? I have.

"The Load-Out" describes the daily practices of a band and its road crew on a concert tour, and the emotions evoked throughout such an endeavor. The first three verses of the song consist of Browne singing and playing piano with David Lindley playing steel guitar. They are later joined by a synthesizer, followed by the rest of the band. Eventually "The Load-Out" segues into an interpretation of Maurice Williams' 1960 hit "Stay," sung by Browne, Rosemary Butler, and Lindley. It is Lindley who sings the falsetto.

Something occurred to me today. I like to leave music on for my wife sometimes; when I go out with the dog. I can not put on any black, death metal because she will have a fit. This make me love her more why should she like what I like. I usually put on easy listening classic rock.

When I went outside had some 1970's Lynyrd Skynyrd today, on my very old IPOD. I realized that Lynyrd Skynyrd is the blues and kind of sad. That makes sense to me being more southern than you might think. When you are a true southerner things like this make sense; especially if you are a Texan. I looked it up and sure enough and it is described like this:

By 1970, Lynyrd Skynyrd had become a top band in Jacksonville, headlining at some local concerts, and opening for several national acts. Pat Armstrong, a Jacksonville native and partner in Macon, Georgia-based Hustlers Inc. with Phil Walden's younger brother, Alan Walden, became the band's managers. Armstrong left Hustlers shortly thereafter to start his own agency. Walden stayed with the band until 1974, when management was turned over to Peter Rudge. The band continued to perform throughout the South in the early 1970s, further developing their hard-driving blues rock sound and image, and experimenting with recording their sound in a studio. Skynyrd crafted this distinctively "southern" sound through a creative blend of blues, and a slight British rock influence

February 02 2018:

Time to ad more art:

Me and my best friend.

I love my dog.

This was Ursula my huge Australian Shepard mix. Her and her brother from the same litter died years ago. I loved them very much.

Now for some more jibber jabber

jibber jabber:
talk in a rapid and excited way that is difficult to understand.
"he was jibber-jabbering with his wife through the entire first piece

rapid and excited speech that is difficult to understand.
"enough jibber-jabber from me; let's get on with the story!"

I hate to do this but I am comparing my new art series to: Al Hirschfeld too:

Albert Hirschfeld (June 21, 1903 – January 20, 2003) was an American caricaturist best known for his black and white portraits of celebrities and Broadway stars.

Al Hirschfeld famously contributed to The New York Times for more than seven decades. His work also appeared in The New York Herald Tribune, The Old World, The New Yorker Magazine, Collier's, The American Mercury, TV Guide, Playbill, New York magazine, and Rolling Stone.

George Harrison - My Sweet Lord - YouTube

This song stands out for 2 reasons

1) When I first saw George Harrison in -  "Bangladesh" - YouTube

2) When I walked into class with my wife and seeing my college professor showing the first 3D animation I ever made to the class; with the background music set to this song:

Lyrics

My sweet Lord
Mm, my Lord
Mm, my Lord

I really want to see you
Really want to be with you
Really want to see you, Lord
But it takes so long, my Lord

My sweet Lord
Mm, my Lord
Mm, my Lord

I really want to know you
I really want to go with you
Really want to show you, Lord
That it won't take long, my Lord
(Hallelujah)

My sweet Lord

My Lord

My sweet Lord

I really wanna see you
I really wanna see you
I really wanna see you Lord
I really wanna see you Lord
But it takes so long, my Lord

If I was a Beatle I would have wanted to be George Harrison.

George Harrison Lyrics

"Isn't It A Pity (Version 1)"

Isn't it a pity
 Now, isn't it a shame
How we break each other's hearts
 And cause each other pain
How we take each other's love
 Without thinking anymore
 Forgetting to give back
 Isn't it a pity

 Some things take so long
 But how do I explain
 When not too many people
Can see we're all the same
And because of all their tears
Their eyes can't hope to see
 The beauty that surrounds them
 Isn't it a pity

 Isn't it a pity
 Isn't is a shame
How we break each other's hearts
 And cause each other pain
How we take each other's love
 Without thinking anymore
 Forgetting to give back
 Isn't it a pity

 Forgetting to give back
 Isn't it a pity
 Forgetting to give back
 Now, isn't it a pity

[6 times, fade the 6th:]
 What a pity
 What a pity, pity, pity
 What a pity
 What a pity, pity, pity

If Not for You
George Harrison

If not for you
Babe, I couldn't even find the door
I couldn't even see the floor
I'd be sad and blue, if not for you

If not for you
Babe, the night would see me wide awake
The day would surely have to break
It would not be new, if not for you

If not for you, my sky would fall
Rain would gather, too
Without your love I'd be nowhere at all
I'd be lost, if not for you

If not for you
The winter would hold no spring
Couldn't hear a robin sing
I just wouldn't have a clue, if not for you

If not for you, my sky would fall
Rain would gather, too
Without your love I'd be nowhere at all
I'd be lost, if not for you

If not for you
The winter would hold no spring
Couldn't hear a robin sing
I just wouldn't have a clue, if not for you

If not for you

Songwriters: Bob Dylan

Love this good old country song:

The foreman says it cuts man-power by fifteen
Yeah but that ain't natural well so old Clay would say
You see he's a horse-drawn man until his dying day

And it's good old country comfort in my bones
Just the sweetest sound my ears have ever known
Just an old-fashioned feeling fully-grown
Country comfort's in a truck that's going back home

And it's good old country comfort in my bones
Just the sweetest sound my ears have ever known
Just an old-fashioned feeling fully-grown
Country comfort's in a truck that's going back home

Now the old fat goose is flying 'cross the sticks
The hedgehog's done in clay between the bricks
And the rocking chair's creaking on the porch
Across the valley moves the herdsman with his torch

And it's good old country comfort in my bones
Just the sweetest sound my ears have ever known
Just an old-fashioned feeling fully-grown
Country comfort's in a truck that's going home, ooh
Country comfort's in a truck that's going back home
Yes it is
Country comfort in a truck that's going back home

Written by Bernie Taupin, Elton John

Of days gone by when we would lean
Laughing fit to burst upon each other

Oh if only I could nestle in the cradle of your cabin
My arms around your shoulders the windows wide and open
While the swallow and the sycamore are playing in the valley
Oh I miss you Amoreena like a king bee misses honey

And when it rains the rain falls down
Washing out the cattle town
And she's far away somewhere in her eiderdown
And she dreams of crystal streams
Of days gone by when we would lean
Laughing fit to burst upon each other

And when it rains the rain falls down
Washing out the cattle town
And she's far away somewhere in her eiderdown
And she dreams of crystal streams
Of days gone by when we would lean
Laughing fit to burst upon each other

Lately I've been thinking how much I miss my lady
Amoreena's in the cornfield brightening the daybreak
Living like a lusty flower, running through the grass for hours
Rolling through the hay like a puppy, like a puppy child

This song always touches me:

I thank the Lord for the people I have found

While Mona Lisas and Mad Hatters
Sons of bankers, sons of lawyers
Turn around and say good morning to the night
For unless they see the sky
But they can't and that is why
They know not if it's dark outside or light

And now I know
Spanish Harlem are not just pretty words to say
I thought I knew
But now I know that rose trees never grow
In New York City

Subway's no way for a good man to go down
Rich man can ride and the hobo he can drown
And I thank the Lord for the people I have found
I thank the Lord for the people I have found

While Mona Lisas and Mad Hatters
Sons of bankers, sons of lawyers
Turn around and say good morning to the night
For unless they see the sky
But they can't and that is why
They know not if it's dark outside or light
They know not if it's dark outside or light

Oh I know, I know; if you know then I hope to see you in the next life.:

Shut Up I Am Dreaming

Sunset Rubdown

Released 2006 Thee year of thee hieght of my Nija 1200 racing days on rought 75 Dallas to Mckinney:

Can I lift my dress up for you?
Can I lift it in the night?
The white undersides of my thighs look much better
In the dark light
There’s a kid in there
And he’s big and dumb
And he’s kinda scared
And he's, well, he’s too old to be there
He’s just looking for a ride

And I’ll lift it to the ceiling tiles
Of stadiums and shrines
You see something to cheer about
I’ll tell you that it’s mine
I’m sorry that your mother died
But that one wasn't my fault
And I’m sorry anybody dies at all, these days

So hold all of your knives away from my eyes
Hold all of your knives away from my eyes

One, two, three
Bum-ba-da-dum, bum-ba-da-dum, bum-ba-da-dum, bum-ba-da-dum
Bum-ba-da-dum, bum-ba-da-dum, bum-ba-da-dum, Ba-da-da

He's just a kid, he wants a ride
They took his ears, they took his eyes
They said a ride is never free
He couldn't hear, he couldn't see
Well, there are things that have to die
So other things can stay alive
The fire burns, it burns to give
It has to burn a life to live

The elder men spoke low
They took a vote and said no
They turned around real slow
Where did they go, where did they go?
And the question, oh the question
Can the kid keep his eyes
If the fire doesn't die, say nooooooooooooo
I said nooooooooooooo
I said, "You don't know what king we serve, boy, Oh you don't know what things we employ!"
The elder men spoke low
They took a vote and said no
They turned around real slow
Where did they go, where did they go?

Bum-ba-da-dum, bum-ba-da-dum, bum-ba-da-dum, bum-ba-da-dum
Bum-ba-da-dum, bum-ba-da-dum, bum-ba-da-dum, Ba-da-da

And the question, oh the question
Can the kid keep his eyes?
If the fire doesn't die
Can the kid keep his eyes?
Oh the question, oh the question
Can the kid keep his eyes?
If the fire doesn't die
I said, be careful what you wish for
Oh be careful what you wish for
And be careful 'round the fire light
And be careful 'round the bright, bright lights
Cause the fire never dies so the kid lost his eyes
Oh, that's how it goes, baby, that's how it goes, baby
That's how it goes, baby, that's how it goes...............................................................

This guy Damien Rice made this album in 2002 and then in 2006. The 2006 version is one of my favorite albums of all time.

In 2002, Rice's debut album O was released in Ireland, the UK and the United States.  The album peaked at No. 8 on the UK albums chart and remained on the chart for 97 weeks, selling 650,000 copies in the US. The album won the Shortlist Music Prize and the songs "Cannonball" and "Volcano" became top 30 hits in the UK.

O is the debut studio album by Irish musician Damien Rice, originally released on 1 February 2002, in Ireland and in the United Kingdom. The album is dedicated to Rice's friend Mic Christopher, who died of a head injury in 2001.

I think the 2006 album is just another version of the 2002 album:

9 is the second studio album by Irish singer, songwriter and producer Damien Rice, released in 2006. The album was released on 3 November in Ireland, 6 November in the United Kingdom and 14 November in the US. It was followed by the single "9 Crimes", which was released on 27 November 2006. The record was certified gold in the UK.

What I was trying to say in my last post was in every young man's mind there is a war. If there is no war to go to then they will find a war. I was a young man searching for a war; I know. Young men will find a war in such a thing as racing cars or skateboarding or fast motorcycles. If you want me to give you some kind of heavenly insight on the subject of young men seeking their glorious end, I can not; I am a young man myself. I am a young man in a older body and that makes a big difference. Never the less I will be a young man until I die; even if I die at 100 years old.

I said recently that we are all Americans with one goal to someone. That goal is to be a great country just like all the country's of the world. We are not living in a internet world made of pixels. We live in a real living world.  Democrat or republicans; no matter what, we are all Americans willing to give all we have for our country being the greatest country in this world. I never pay attention to all the internet hype about how we are about to be in a civil war. I live in the real world where nature lives and thrives.

Where the human nature of all Americans live and breath like:

O beautiful for spacious skies,
For amber waves of grain,
For purple mountain majesties
Above the fruited plain!
America! America!
God shed His grace on thee,
And crown thy good with brotherhood
From sea to shining sea!:

The Beatles practically invented rock and roll. They were inspired by the very first rock and rollers and took it to the next level. They created the revolution of rock and roll. Just before anyone did anything they did it first. I was 11 years old when I first bought my first rock and roll album, it was Let It Be by The Beatles. The Beatles practically invented rock and roll.

The Beatles pioneered and revolutionized music.  There are musical artists of every genre, from classical to country that will tell you they were influenced by the Beatles.  They were the full package - writers, singers, and musicians.

The Backstreet Boys are a vocal harmony group.  They are good vocalists.  They are not good musicians.  They have not written the majority of their songs.  Has anyone, other than follow-on boy bands, cited them as artistic influences?  If so, I haven't seen it.

In 2000, a repackaging of 35 year old Beatles songs knocked the Backstreet Boys' new album out of the Billboard #1 spot.

The Beatles created masterpieces like Eleanor Rigby, Help, and Sergeant Pepper.  Other than I Want it That Way, are there any Backstreet Boys songs that have become timeless?

Arcade Fire (Funeral 2004) is amazing! This came out smack dab when I was in college. This album is guaranteed to make you happy. I saw them in concert on the concert channel and it was amazing. Just want to say that.

The doors where way ahead of their time. Has there ever been a song that speaks to us of the days we live in? :

End Of The Night: The Doors, Lyrics:

This is the end, beautiful friend
This is the end, my only friend, the end
Of our elaborate plans, the end
Of everything that stands, the end
No safety or surprise, the end
I'll never look into your eyes, again

This is the end, my only friend, the end
It hurts to set you free
But you'll never follow me
The end of laughter and soft lies
The end of nights we tried to die
This is the end

I know I am Sicilian but I was raised in the schoolyard of the Irish fist fights. Saint Johns Catholic School, were I grew up; was a Irish Catholic school.

I remember one morning a huge circle formed in my epic 8th grade. I fought it out with this guy who's family owned a fancy Italian restaurant that faced Portland, right next to the Portland bridge, about 1 block from St. Johns school. My little brother who was in the 5th grade watched with about the whole school as I fought with in a inch of my life. They all formed a giant circle around us. I think I became some kind of evil hero to him that day. I used to fight allot my from 8th grade to my freshman year in high school, then I just outgrew it. House of Pain best describes those days to me:

House of Pain discography
House of Pain (1992)
Same as It Ever Was (1994)
Truth Crushed to Earth Shall Rise Again (1996)

I am glad House of Pain only made 3 great albums. I don't know how many bands should have quit after 3 albums and didn't; making waste money on their bad albums.

When I think of all my paintings and a warehouse full of art that is my home. I think this song's lyrics best describe it:

Rod Stewart - Every Picture Tells a Story - YouTube
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GmyGa29zIqk

Every picture tells a story don't it?
Every picture tells a story don't it?
Every picture tells a story don't it?
Every picture tells a story don't it?
Every picture tells a story don't it?
Every picture tells a story don't it?

I am a huge fan of all the 1970's Rod Setwart's albums. They reflect a true heart of a soul headed for glory.

I owned 3 Led Zeppelin albums when I was 13 years old: Led Zeppelin (1969), Led Zeppelin II (1969), Led Zeppelin III (1970). They were all my favorites. Led Zeppelin (1969) was by far my favorite. But; I disagree with all the critics; Led Zeppelin III (1970) was a really, really great album and my second favorite of all the Led Zeppelin albums. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Led_Zeppelin#Discography

This song has always played in my mind through out my life when ever I felt like I needed people to help me:

Gallows Pole
Led Zeppelin

Hangman, hangman, hold it a little while
Think I see my friends coming
Riding a many mile
Friends did you get some silver?
Did you get a little gold?
What did you bring me my dear friends
To keep me from the gallows pole?
What did you bring me to keep me from the gallows pole?

I couldn't get no silver, I couldn't get no gold
You know that we're too damn poor
To keep you from the gallows pole
Hangman, hangman, hold it a little while
I think I see my brother coming
Riding a many mile
Brother, did you get me some silver?
Did you get a little gold?
What did you bring me, my brother
To keep me from the gallows pole?
Brother, I brought you some silver
I brought a little gold,
I brought a little of everythin
To keep you from the gallows pole
Yes, I brought you to keep you from the gallows pole

Hangman, hangman, turn your head awhile
I think I see my sister coming
Riding a many mile, mile, mile
Sister, I implore you, take him by the hand
Take him to some shady bower
Save me from the wrath of this man
Please take him
Save me from the wrath of this man, man

Hangman, hangman, upon your face a smile
Pray tell me that I'm free to ride
Ride for many mile, mile, mile
Oh, yes, you got a fine sister
She warmed my blood from cold
She brought my blood to boiling hot
To keep you from the gallows pole, pole, pole, pole, yeah
Your brother brought me silver
Your sister warmed my soul
But now I laugh and pull so hard
And see you swinging on the gallows pole, yeah
But now I laugh and pull so hard
And see you swinging on the gallows pole, pole, pole
Swingin' on the gallows pole
Swingin' on the gallows pole
Swingin' on the gallows pole
Swingin' on the gallows pole, pole, pole, pole, pole, pole, pole, pole

My very favorite album by Led Zeppelin as a rad 13 year old young man: who road a skateboard to travel miles in the country in Killingworth Connecticut:  https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Killingworth,_Connecticut I actually road my skateboard from my friends house to my house about 5 miles away. Those country roads were so beautiful I will never forget how dense they were and that smell of all that thick foliage. When ever I see the first Led Zeppelin album it just says electric rock and roll. I used to listen to this album on vinyl as a kid and just stair at the album art in amazement.

I saw this yesterday:

Eclipses visible in Dallas, Texas, USA - Jan 31, 2018 Lunar Eclipse

January 31, 2018 — Total Lunar Eclipse — Dallas. The animation shows what the eclipse approximately looks like in Dallas. ... Maximal Eclipse visible in Dallas The maximum part of the eclipse occurs when the Moon is close under the horizon. The best time to view the eclipse in Dallas would be around this time.

I felt like I was the only one in my neighborhood that got outside at near dawn in the cold to see this. From my yard I could see it; the moon sunk fast on the horizon; like it always does in north Texas. I went back and forth from my house to the yard, because when I first went out there my camera battery went dead. After going back and forth about 20 times; it turned out the 1st 2 pictures I took before the battery went dead; were the best. They are good to me because I watched it. If I showed them to you, you would say I don't see anything. All that trouble to try a photo was all for naught, really. It was cool to see though.

January 27 2018:

Ok here it is; our 30th anniversary video made on January 26, 2018, complete with a very healthy fury dog running around the bottom:

Now you can download the last sk8 video I posted here too; here: https://drive.google.com/open?id=1SNHsSMqA4bphZOzLkSAE7heI9k3FOnOj

January 26 2018:

I made this a couple days ago:
This scene is hilarious to me. This is from one of the end scene's; of the movie Dr. Strangelove

We made a video to mark our 30th wedding anniversary. As always I do most of my work in the morning; so we are half awake, but happy as always. Will post it tomorrow morning; when I am half awake.

January 15 2018:

Sun is the reason
And the world it will bloom
'Cause sun lights the sky
And the sun lights the moon

Sun is the reason
All the happy trees are green
And who can explain
The light in your dream

Here is a bunch of stuff I wrote while waiting for Battles to start in my game, I love: World of Tanks. I know people have to love my stories. Maybe some people miss reading them while my site was down.

You ask Mike McGill https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mike_McGill Ask him about the time he saw me after months of practice he showed up at his skate park to see me commanding the Chicago Blow Out ramp next to the entrance. I was grinding upright and doing 50, 50's rail slides across the whole ramp and going back and forth like that over and over again. I swear I could do that better than anyone there at the time. The skaters that were there helped me to learn that after many attempts. As soon as they saw me bow out they would skate as if to say you had your chance. After this happening over and over again, it made me great. It was so cool having them all stop and watch me instead me watching them. I saw the way Mike looked at me like he could not believe it. Imagine not being at the skate park you owned for months at a time. I knew because I was a big fan of Mike's at the time. Oh 1988 when I was so happy and care free. Was there ever a greater time for my wife and I? Make no mistake she worried about me as much as she did when I had my other girlfriend the 1200 cc Ninja. About 26 people are killed almost every year on skateboards and ten's of thousands end up in the emergency rooms. Zero get killed in skate parks though. It reminds me of my Upland comic when they tore down Upland; it was a protest comic. Find it at the bottom of this page: http://radmanart2ndhome.blogspot.com/p/radmanart-comics-from-19.html I have been injured 2 times in my life where half of my leg turned blue. One time in the height of my employment with Tracker Design the biggest skateboard company at the time in 1988. The other time was when I built my ramp here around 2004; that was also my peak of sport bike riding with my ninja. My wife brought home a cane around that time cause I could barely walk never mind ride a 1200 cc Ninja. I told her to bring that cane back. And now  I sit and watch the genesis of skate videos with Upland and Mike McGill's park in it. I frequented upland. I practically lived at Mike McGill's and it is in many a great 1st ever skateboard pro video productions. It all seems for naught; but time will only tell, just like it always does. I love time more than anything it is true salvation. Watching old skate videos makes me sadder than the saddest movie or song ever made. I remember when I 1st saw the first ever ollie in a skate magazine by Natas Kaupas after every thing I had ever seen on a ramp, that blew my mind; more than any thing I ever saw. I though how could this guy get air like that without a ramp? Street skating was the true beginning of skateboarding. As the world enjoys the greatness of street and skate park skating, I wonder if they tip their hats to the USA that invented it all. Who cares, skateboarders do not care about anything except riding that wave what ever it is made of.  Skateboarding was made for surfers and is that and always will be. Skateboarders are all surfers whether they realize it or not.

After watching about 1 million sk8 footy I can only think of 6 sk8 boarders that really stand out off hand. There are just so many awesome sk8er's that is the problem.

When you have seen Reynolds footage; you never have to watch another skater as long as you live; because nothing can ever compare, ever.

1) Andrew Michael Reynolds this guy is the king of huge airs! If he is not skating today he needs to be deemed the president of all skateboarding.

Andrew Michael Reynolds (born June 6, 1978 ) is a professional street skateboarder. He is the co-founder and owner of Baker Skateboards; a part owner of Brigada Eyewear; a partner in Bakerboys Distribution (distributors of Baker Skateboards, Shake Junt, Deathwish Skateboards, Heroin Skateboards, Palace Skateboards, Hammers Skateboards, Death Lens, and Ashbury Eyewear), and head designer at Altamont Apparel.

2) Then there is Eric Koston he just stands out and he is the last dude in Yeah Right:

Eric Koston (born April 29, 1975) is an American professional skateboarder and company owner. He has been featured in the Tony Hawk's video game series, and the Electronic Arts video games Skate 2 and Skate 3.[4] Koston co-owns both Fourstar Clothing (with Guy Mariano)[2] and the skatepark/website "The Berrics" (with professional skateboarder Steve Berra).

They always save the best skater for the last chapter. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Yeah_Right!:
Yeah Right! is a 2003 skateboarding video by Girl Skateboards (featuring Chocolate Skateboards), directed by Ty Evans and Spike Jonze. Yeah Right! is notable for its soundtrack, length, and the extensive use of never-before-seen (in a skateboarding video) special effects.

3) Guy Mariano. His name sounds like hundreds of friends and relative's name's from my city of orgin; Middletown, Connecticut. Being exactly 3/4's Sisilian myself he name is burned into my mind. This is one of those skater's that makes imposible tricks look so easy, over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and.

Guy Mariano (born March 31, 1976) is a professional skateboarder who gained recognition at the age of fourteen for his video part in the Blind Skateboards video Video Days (1991).

When ever I make a list like this I can not leave out these 2 guys; because they are the greatest the worl has ever known:

4) Rodney Mullen can not make a list like this without his name, my head bowed to him. I must have mentioned hin online before because he skates for the company of my trucks and my favorite lite trucks ever made.

John Rodney Mullen[1] (born August 17, 1966) is an American professional skateboarder, entrepreneur, inventor, and public speaker who practices freestyle and street skateboarding. He is widely considered the most influential street skater in the history of the sport, being credited for inventing numerous tricks, including the flatground ollie, kickflip, heelflip, impossible, and 360-flip. As a result, he has been called the "Godfather of Street Skateboarding."

5) Daewon Song (his name is on my skateboard trucks and he is the only one that can match Rodney Mullen, and ollie from one building to another like it is easy as apple pie.

Daewon David Song[5] (born February 17, 1975) is a Korean-born American professional skateboarder, recognized for his skillful technical street skateboarding. He is a co-owner of Almost Skateboards, along with Rodney Mullen, and also skates for the company alongside other sponsored team riders. Song was named the 2006 "Skater of the Year" by Thrasher magazine, an award that is widely considered to be one of the most significant honors in skateboarding.

6) Just because he stands out so much and he is real good.: Dustin Dollin (born 26 June 1980) is an Australian professional skateboarder who is one of the original team riders for the Baker skateboard brand.

Who gares about Dustin Dollin. I just want to go to a Dustin Dollin party.

I forgot about this song but heard in a sk8 vid. I bought the cd when it came out after seeing them on MTV 2's Sunday night shows. I love this song because it talks about what a male female relationship is really like:

She Wants Revenge Lyrics

"Us"

Late last night I was looking through pictures
Flooded with memories I lie on the floor
And spread them around me like friends at a party
There faces remind me of all that I've known
Still I can't forget all the hushed who and why's.
All the fiction and lies and the tears and the laughs
Take a walk through the past you and I hand in hand
As we look at this thing called us
Late last night I was pacing the hallway
Reading the letters you'd signed x and o
I turned out the lights and imagined you with me
I tried my hardest to cry but it just wouldn't come
Still I can't forget all the hushed who and why's
All the fiction and lies all the tears and the laughs
Take a walk through the past
You and I hand in hand
As we look at this thing called us
All the hushed who and why's
All the fiction and lies all the tears and the laughs
Take a walk through the past, you and I hand in hand
As we look at this thing called trust

My dad may have taken me to a Harry Chaphin Concert, but he should have taken me to a Cat Stevens concert. I dedicate this song to my dad now and forever. May it eco in heaven to his honor.:

Cat Stevens Lyrics

"Father And Son"

 [Father:]
It's not time to make a change
 Just relax, take it easy
You're still young, that's your fault
There's so much you have to know
 Find a girl, settle down
If you want you can marry
Look at me, I am old, but I'm happy

I was once like you are now, and I know that it's not easy
To be calm when you've found something going on
But take your time, think a lot
Why, think of everything you've got
For you will still be here tomorrow, but your dreams may not

[Son:]
How can I try to explain, cause when I do he turns away again
It's always been the same, same old story
From the moment I could talk I was ordered to listen
Now there's a way and I know that I have to go away
I know I have to go

[Father:]
It's not time to make a change
Just sit down, take it slowly
You're still young, that's your fault
There's so much you have to go through
 Find a girl, settle down
If you want you can marry
Look at me, I am old, but I'm happy

[Son:]
All the times that I cried, keeping all the things I knew inside
It's hard, but it's harder to ignore it
If they were right, I'd agree, but it's them they know not me
Now there's a way and I know that I have to go away
I know I have to go

Did you ever think why do so many actress's and actors look alike? There is allot of thruth to this. Having being a extra in a movie I don't just look at the main actors but the lesser know or one liners, and even the extras. I always notice actors and actresses when they were extras. I am great with faces and images I like because I am a artist. I see images I like and never forget them.

Yeah Cuz the idea of beauty that we have its all one sided, small noses no big noses, big eyes, full lips, v shape face, cheekbones, etc... There is just so much more beauty in human body but the media has locked our mind in a certain set of standard rules, that's why everyone looks the same... Honestly I find it extremely boring... I see that even in countries that have a completely different facial structure than the European bloodlines of Hollywood the beauty "superstars" look pretty much the same as in Hollywood... But we all believe what they say, if they say that this or that one are the best looking we believe it... Therefore anyone else that doesn't look like them is ridiculous... I am just tiiiiiiired as he'll of seeing people with the same faces over and over again... It's like if you are born with a face like that you will most likely be a public figure.... I say people should try and find their beauty standards somewhere that is not the media

My dog got his arm hurt recently trying to do impossible Frisbee catches. He try's way to hard to please me. I feel a little guilty for praising him so much when he catches Frisbee's; I could never catch myself. So I bought him a joint vitamin with multi vitamins. Cosequin was the only vitamin joint health and multi vitamin combined; I could find. My wife read the box and found this on the bottom of the vitamin listing on the back of the box: Proverbs 12:10. Proverbs 12:10 “A righteous man regardeth the life of his beast: but the tender mercies of the wicked are cruell.”. I used to love this about the early 1980's when I was doing all I could to maintain a Holistic Diet. I would often find such references on the products I would buy. Satan is real, the king of this world! The prince and the power of the air. He can make things happen for you that you can not do on your own. But the wife and I are Christians for better or worse we shall meet where the streets are paved with gold; in the sweet by and by. "you're gonna have to serve somebody, Well it may be the Devil, And it may be the Lord," Bob Dylan Album: Slow Train Coming Song: Gotta Serve Somebody, lyrics. When I wrote this my boy was limping, that was 7 days ago. He is now totally better. Still taking it easy though. I think I will only throw short Frisbee throws from now on, and on the soft grass only.

I learned to skateboard at the age of 11 back around 1972, I broke my wrist from skateboarding when I was about 12 so if you could look up my medical history from Middletown, Connecticut and it would prove that. I also learned to ski then at the age of 11 at the local Powder Ridge. They did not have ollie's in 1972, it was mostly about just skateboarding period. When I moved to California in around 1986 I got a job with biggest skateboard company in the world at the time Tracker Designs who also published Transworld Skateboarding Magazine. I got to skate all the best spots. My favorite was Upland Skate park and Mike McGill's skate park that I practically lived there. I got really good at vert, really good. I never did airs but I was good. Put me on a skate ramp and it is on! I can not learn ollies or kick flips at my age. Learning new stuff means falling a bunch of times. At my age cuts take for ever to heal. I am way to old to learn new stuff so I stick with what I know. You know what I learned from watching those awful falling scenes in those sk8 movies? I learned the tall guys fall allot more than the short guys; and they fall the hardest. Well I am tall too. I used to be really good at jump ramps big ones I built myself. I also was really good at dropping in up to 5 feet straight down unto flat concrete; it was easy for me. I could get good at this again but would take a little practice. I used to be good at curbs too grinding and fifty fifty's. All of that is nothing compared what they are doing today. I remember back in Vista California I was out skating and these dudes found me don't ask me how. It is like I would be at a skate spot and these dudes would show up it was weird. They were cool and always treated my wife and I good. I took that jump ramp I made and turned towards the wall and I could ride the wall, about 2 feet max; but these dudes rode the wall 8 feet up, that was in 1988. All I could think of is we could get in trouble for those wheel marks. You know what I learned from watching those awful falling scenes in those sk8 movies? I learned the tall guys fall allot more than the short guys; and they fall the hardest. Well I am tall too.

My Favorite Famous Sk8boarders:

Justin Bieber ( I mentioned him sk8ing here; a while ago)

Chris Brown

Lil Wayne

Jaden Smith: Will Smith's son

Yelawolf (you know I like his music big time )

Chris Brown

Selena Gomez

Avril Lavigne

Pharrell Williams

John Lennon

Michael Jackson

Jodie Foster

Wonder Woman

Brian May from Queen

David Lee Roth from Van Halen

Eazy E (see photo) There is something about Easy E that has always touched my heart. He was a good man; I think. When I saw the movie I really felt bad for him. I wish I could have met him when I lived in California at that time. California then was like seeing it all at it's peak; in 1988, when I got married in 1988. There was something really magical about our country back then.

Chuck Norris (a local dude)

Heath Ledger

Miley Sirus

Marc Bolan (I did a portrait of him for my living in the past series)

January 11 2018:

Took some sk8 board footage of me today. Nothing fancy because of the huge cracks in the sidewalk. I would have sk8ed on a more flat surface but it was misting this morning. I may make more.

I filmed about 20 minutes, but only have the first 3 minutes to choice from, because I hit the trash can and flipped the camera on its back; after 3 minutes of filming! Good thing it did not hit the concrete because it would have smashed to pieces.

Hey I was skateboarding back in 1973 on the east coast before anyone even knew what a skateboard was. So back off!

I want to remind people that like my art that I have all of the huge original TIFF files: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/TIFF They are about 5 megabytes each. If I would do a show with my new series: 100% Digital Southwestern Art; it would have to be printed from the TIFF files.

I only want to present my art in batches, because it makes it much easier to keep track of the image files. I have 40 as of yesterday.

January 06 2018:

Don't worry a waterfall full of Southwestern Art, a com'in; upon the horizon.
I just made this for fun:
Neil Young Lyrics
"My My, Hey Hey (Out Of The Blue)"

My my, hey hey
Skateboarding is here to stay
It's better to burn out
Than to fade away
My my, hey hey.

Out of the blue
and into the black
They give you this,
but you pay for that
And once you're gone,
you can never come back
When you're out of the blue
and into the black.

The king is gone
but he's not forgotten
This is the story
of a Johnny Rotten
It's better to burn out
than it is to rust
The king is gone
but he's not forgotten.

Hey hey, my my
Skateboarding can never die
There's more to the picture
Than meets the eye.
Hey hey, my my.

January 01 2018:
I hope you enjoy my true blue South Western art; by a tried and true blue South Westerner.

The title of this series is 100% Digital South Western Art. :

This is American art! Oh I'm special because I am a American? You bet your bottom dollar you are!

Bet Your Bottom Dollar Meaning from: https://writingexplained.org/idiom-dictionary/bet-your-bottom-dollar

Definition: A sure thing.

This idiom describes something that is sure or certain to happen. If someone says that you should bet your bottom dollar on an outcome, he or she believes the outcome is guaranteed.

If you bet your bottom dollar on something, you are so sure of the result that you would be willing to place a monetary bet on it—and your bottom dollar at that. What does bottom dollar mean? Your bottom dollar is the last dollar you have to your name; it’s the last dollar in a stack.

Origin of Bet Your Bottom Dollar

Bet my bottom dollar The idiom bet your bottom dollar originates from the United States. Like many idioms, there are multiple ideas as to its origin.

Reportedly, one of the first uses of the phrase is from an 1856 newspaper, which included a line about choosing a presidential candidate.

The line read,
•“I’m goin’ to vote for you [James Polk] – you can bet your bottom dollar on that!”

The phrase indicated that the voter was so confident that he would vote for James Polk that he told other people they should be willing to bet on it.

Other origin stories point to poker players in the 1800s. If players were certain that their poker hand would win the game, they would put their dollar underneath the stack of money being bet in the middle of the table, thus betting with the bottom dollar.

Examples of Bet Your Bottom Dollar

I bet your bottom dollar When people say you should bet your bottom dollar on something, they are certain that said thing will happen. For example, if you are a huge Star Wars fans and someone asks you if you plan to see the upcoming Star Wars movie, you might respond saying,
•You can bet your bottom dollar I’m going to see Star Wars. I’m going opening night!

People might say that you should bet your bottom dollar on the way someone will act or the outcome of an event. Since this idiom does not necessitate the placing of a monetary bet, anyone can say they are willing to bet their bottom dollar.

It is used simply as a statement of reassurance and guarantee.

More Examples
•“Bet your bottom dollar the euro stays strong.” –USA Today
•“Bet your bottom dollar that “Annie the Musical” is coming to Segerstrom Center.” –LA Times

Summary

The American idiom bet your bottom dollar means that somebody is certain that the outcome of an event will be what he or she expects.

The words in this song define why all American's are special. This album is one of my all time favorites!:

Ted Leo and The Pharmacists
 Album Hearts of Oak

Oceans lay between us and the things we think we need
But I've known many who would gladly swim to get to where you are Always more together than the ones you think are better off But darling, no one's made it half as far

I know I am a Ninja Artist; I still wish I could be a real Ninja. Also I love all those old Kung Fu movies allot. I try to apply Kung Fu towards my daily activitys lattly. I like to pronounce the Kung Fu artist sounds as I do chores or throw the frisbee for my super dog. I have always made noice while working out that could be the same thing as a ( Kiai ).

From: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kiai
Kiai is a Japanese term used in martial arts for the short yell or shout uttered when performing an attacking move.
Traditional Japanese Dojo generally use single syllables beginning with a vowel. The concept has become a notable part of Asian martial arts in popular culture, especially in martial arts films, in writing rendered in variants such as Hi-yah!, Aiyah!, Eeee-yah!, or Hyah!.

The term is a compound of ki meaning energy or mood, a, an emphatic marker. The same concept is known as K'ihap in many Korean martial arts, such as taekwondo, ki being the energy and hap meaning to join, to harmonize, or to amplify.

It snowed yesterday, so I took this photo of my buddy.

This was our tree just before Christmas 2017.

Also; Please forgive me if I goof up allot when I type. I am a free speech fanatic and it can be perceived as a bad typist to some. I can write whole sentences that do not mean what I want them to exactly. The bottom line is I need a good editor employed and have since I first typed anything on the internet. I do enjoy writing, though. I am long winded on paper and have been all my life. I consider writing to be a artistic, creative free expression. Many times I compose subjects that may have several different meanings; to inspire the reader to freely navigate the words. Sometimes I simply use poor grammar and sentence structure because I choose too, or rarely simply, by mistake. My thought is I am not getting paid, therefore there is no need to be stringent at all. I can create entire paragraphs that may have different meanings. I do believe in whole subjects being confined to paragraphs and sentences and rarely deviate from that. I would best describe things I write that are rarely deviated as the exception to the rule done with no regret. It is never my intension to be malicious or purposely misleading in anyway; intentionally with any type of destructive outcome. Also; this blog and all my websites and all my emails and everything I do on the internet is not affiliated with any one else or organization. I am totally independent in everything I do and always have been since I first started to use the internet. I post many links on this blog for example and am not affiliated with any of the links at all. I have no idea who posts any of the YouTube links I post here for example. I have my YouTube home page here: https://www.youtube.com/user/RadmanArt2012 and that is the only posts I have ever made on YouTube. I love YouTube and Google and the inexhaustible amount of information they provide. Posting links here to tie all my art into it; in order to promote it and to promote other artists as well: is a invaluable tool. Appreciation for a open and free internet is immeasurable; to exercise the right of free expression.

Please, feel free to judge me by the people that have been hand in hand with; since the day I was born, to this very day.

This was my dad who was a police officer from about 1970 to 1996 in Middletown, Connecticut.
This is a picture of my dad in 1991.

This was my dad who was US Air Force Veteran from about 1957 to 1961 in Great Falls, Montana where I was born.

My Wife a US Army Vet from 1992 - 2010.

I had to re-scan this photo of my wife; because the original photo of her, I have been posting for years, is way too small. I tried many scans to try to get the fuzz of her left shoulder but it did not work. It is a part of the photo not my scanner.

My dad and me around 1962 at the Malmstrom Air Force Base where I was born.

This is where I was born, cool huh?

High ranking Air Force doctors delivered me into this world.
It's all on my birth certificate.
Check it out: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Malmstrom_Air_Force_Base

Malmstrom Air Force Base is a United States Air Force base and census-designated place in Great Falls, Cascade County, Montana, United States. It was named in honor of World War II POW Colonel Einar Axel Malmstrom. Wikipedia

I made this from my favorite war movie:
Saving Private Ryan

Google Drive:
I have something very cool to share with you all! It took me about 14 years to post it; but I am excited to make this available on Google Drive. I am posting this on top and will leave it here. These are interactive programs I made in Collin College around the year 2003, for my Macromedia Director class with Mike McGee.

8 Ball! I had a 8 Ball that stopped working. I cracked it open and made this totally random program. Just click on the 8 Ball for a random answer every time. I did the 3D work in Tom Ottinger's Cinema 4D Class. Listen to the opening sound effect I made; it is very spooky.

Next is a interactive Radman_Art introduction. It stars Mega Radman and Deadman; 2 characters in my 3d Animations I made in Tom Ottinger's Classes. Just click on the character and they have a conversation with each other. The volume is in the middle. It also features animations. Just click the character that turns lime green.

Next is a little birdy chirp mini program, I made to commemorate the wonderful birds; I hear singing all the time around here in Collin County.

I know you will love them so I will say; your welcome.

A Intro To This Blog:
Please do not judge this blog by this page only. Use the menu on the right and view all the art images of art I created. Everything here is Rated G.

Then after that, view all my YouTube videos I created;  also Rated G, here:  https://www.youtube.com/user/RadmanArt2012 or just put Radman_Art in YouTube search.

After you have done that, read as much as you can of the encyclopedia's worth of posts (also Rated G); I have posted on this blog and YouTube.

Then and only then, can you can properly judge the positive contribution I have made to the art world and the internet. Also you can then judge; whether or not I have posted more original art than any one else on the internet.

This is a mirror Blog I made for when this blog stopped working. I just used this account to ad another blog because this blog stopped working. I do not update the mirror Blog as often as this Blog.

Here is the address in case this ever happens again: http://radmanart2ndhomept2.blogspot.com/

January 15 2017:

I emailed my family YouTube links of our videos, of ourselves, and someone told me it had a security block. You should not have trouble playing these videos made with the old 4 inch tablet I did all the great art from 2015. http://radmanart2ndhome.blogspot.com/p/blog-page_51.html These videos are small in size and that is why I like them so much. If you have a cell phone you can make them too.
These videos open in any browser no problem.

If you get a YouTube security block; which is highly unlikely, you can view the videos here:
