Defective Lenovo Desktop Dies From Best Buy After 3 and 1 half Years!
Because Lenovo is virtually ignoring our plight; I have no choice to create this page.
Here is a screen shot of the BBB complaint at the worst time during the pandemic:
Basically this thing did not work right since we bought it. The hard drive kept breaking down since day one. We were in constant contact with Lenovo and Best buy after about 4 months after we bought it. Thanks to Best Buy we got a replacement Hard Drive after about 4 months of owning it. Then the Motherboard started having problems until it died 3 and one half years after buying it for over 700 dollars.
